Does anyone have any leads or advice regarding taxation in Singapore and personal taxes for foreign founders?

Unless they're spending more than 50% of time in Singapore, standard foreign residency rules apply (with a few exceptions like US citizens taxed on worldwide income http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2012-05-12/facebook-co-founder-may-gain-choosing-singapore-over-u-s-). What more significant are the work permits otherwise you have to "volunteer" when coming to Singapore or conduct business "meetings". As director of a Singapore company, the rules are well settled both as director and employee
