A friend from an MNC is looking to engage a web dev shop in HCMC - if anyone's had a good recent experience and wants to make a referral I'd be grateful.

http://quodisys.com/ Seem pretty good. I spoke with them but didn't go ahead with the work as they are fairly expensive in comparison to doing with my own freelancers.
