Recently while in Singapore running a crowd finding workshop somebody mentioned that Singapore had a 50/12 regulation. Meaning 50 retail investors can invest in a company each year.
--- > Does anyone have a copy of this legislation and can point me in it's direction?
What I was thinking was that ASSOB, the world's oldest crowdfunding platform, operates under 20/12 regulation and there may be an organisation in Singapore that would like to use our technology to build an equity crowdfunding presence in Singapore.
ASSOB has raised $138 million for around 300 startups and growth companies over the past 8 years.
--- > So second question is do you know an organisation that could champion this endeavour?
A platform like this is good for the startup community as it is an entrepreneur driven platform.
A thank you also to JFDI.Asia’s Innovation Campus for a great session with Yves Pigneur of "Business Model Generation"
Kind regards
