Looking for suggestions on which tools would you recommend for marketing (start-up- low entry cost - not enterprise level). Please suggest only the ones that you have had personal experience with, or that your company uses: (Feature rich, robust, ease of use, scalable, priced for startups)

Programmatic advertising platforms

SEO

Competitive tracking (digital)

On-site testing (A/B; multivariate)

I would also be happy to take recommendations for agencies or individuals, specifically for design (layouts for eDMs, web pages, brochures) and performance based marketing.
