Apps4Europe (www.appsforeurope.eu) is looking for new open data-based
apps with commercial potential. Apps4Europe project brings together 19
partners from 10 European countries, including Europeana, and aims to
connect developers with investors and business angels and help them
turn their prototypes into start-ups.
If you are a developer, submit your idea and prototype on
www.appsforeurope.eu/competition till 7 Feb 2014 and you can win 1 of
the 15 exclusive spots at the International Business Lounge @Future
Everything conference in Manchester, 31 March 2014 (incl. event ticket
and travel suspend to Manchester).There you will be able to pitch your
project to an international crowd of investors, government agencies,
companies and individuals keen to share their skills, experience,
resources and money to help scale your app into a successful business.
If you will not participate but have access to developer networks,
please help us spread the word and let the best ideas win!
