20150611 version of BEL namespaces

We have recently released an update to the BEL Namespaces, Annotations, and related resources - (http://resource.belframework.org/belframework/20150611/) .

 

In addition to updating to current (June 2015) data from HGNC, MGI, GO, ChEBI, etc., the following BEL Namespace changes have been implemented:

1.       MeSH chemicals (branch D and supplementary concepts) namespaces added

2.       ID namespaces for all MeSH term namespaces added

3.       HG U219 probe set IDs added to the Affymetrix namespace

 

To use the new namespaces, annotations, and other resources with the BEL Framework, you will need to re-configure the resource index - edit your config/belframework.cfg file such that: resource_index_url = http://resource.belframework.org/belframework/20150611/index.xml.
