problems examples tutorial "anzo create arthur.trig"

i have got problems with the Examples on

Everytime i want to start with "anzo create arthur.trig"

i get the exception:

settings.trig and arthur.trig are in the .anzo Folder as it is
described in the tutorial

problem is solved. I forget to set the user and password in the
settings.trig, but now i get the follwoing exception by doing "anzo
create arthur.trig"
