open-vcdiff is moving to GitHub

Dear open-vcdiff aficionados:

Thank you very much for your ongoing interest in open-vcdiff.

As you may be aware, the Google Code project hosting service is shutting down

this year.  This means that open-vcdiff will no longer be available at its usual

location (https://code.google.com/p/open-vcdiff).

I am happy to announce that the open-vcdiff project has found a new home

on GitHub.  In future, you can find us at:

        https://github.com/google/open-vcdiff

Please update links to the project in any code and documentation you maintain

so that they will not be broken when Google Code goes away.

This has already been done for Chromium.

Many thanks to Fabrice de Gans-Riberi, a true rock star and friend of

open-vcdiff who performed the GitHub migration single-handedly.
