Data Deduping software

Hi friends, i need help ...i need a deduping opensource software for doing data deduping in windows or any other os..i can install any os ( as i am new to this i have no idea)...i need it for a telecom project. All i need is to check the existing data base for duplicates i dont need deleat or replace option all it shoud do is check existing data base files and give me duplicates that all...please help me

It can do what you want.
