As you know, the 2nd World OER Congress will be in Ljubljana, Slovenia on September 18-20, 2017: http://www.oercongress.org

UNESCO has released a draft "OER Action Plan" and has asked for our comments and feedback. The draft OER Action Plan is available in English and French:

Deadline for feedback: September 7, 2017

The final "OER Action Plan" will be built upon:
