The state and municipal legislative data backing `api.opencivicdata.org` will no longer be updated by the Sunlight Foundation.

The community plans to deal with the absence of a state-level OCD service in the near future. Users seeking an OCD API serving municipal legislative data are encouraged to point at `ocd.datamade.us`.
