I've written a blog post about a crafty technique on how to convert Ruby gems to be compatible not only with Opal.rb but with Rubymotion as well.


And yes it literally takes 20 lines of code :)

I'd appreciate any feedback. Let me know what you think.

Thank you. RUBY_PLATFORM is definitely more future proof guard.
