Hello everybody,

is there a possibility to get the receive power of a packet/frame?

Background to this question is a handover problem between two APs.
The handover is performed not until the beacon from the current
access router gets lost, with different channel number as well as
same channel number (See handover scenario in /Examples/Wireless/
Handover).
If a MN moves from one AP to another AP with the same channelnumber I
would assume, that the L2 handover would be performed as a function
of the receive power of the beacons, wouldn`t it?
Has this issue not been implemented yet? I would appreciate any idea.

Regards,
Christian

P.S.: last lines of Ieee80211MgmtSTA.cc:

//XXX where to get this from?
//ap->rxPower = ...
}
