Poisson Traffic Generation in Inet

I want to generate Poisson traffic with exponential inter arrival and service time distributions for data-rate 10 Gbps and mean packet length 5000 bits. Can anyone please guide me where and what changes I need to make in the application/TCP app? I am quite new to using Inet so it would be really helpful if the exact parameters that are to be modified can be mentioned.
