Simply hitting the run button in the IDE does not work if you did not open an omnetpp.ini file or set-up a correct run configuration beforehand.

You should (after successfully compiling MiXiM), select an omnetpp.ini file from one of the examples, open it in the IDE and then hit run OR select the omnetpp.ini in the project explorer, left mouse click and then run as -> OMNeT simulation.

Can you attach a screenshot of your run configuration dialog?

As you can surely see in the first image, the build process for MiXiM did not complete successfully. There were some errors and the build process got interrupted.
That's the main reason why you cannot execute any MiXiM example, the actual library wasn't compiled at all.

You should check why MiXiM is not being compiled successfully.
If you build it without an existing INET framework selected as a referenced project, you need to enable the INET standalone project feature in the project settings option dialog.

We have tried to make the whole Mixim project again, this is the result of the installation.

I tested it with a fresh installation of OMNeT 4.6 under Linux and Windows, a newly downloaded MiXiM 2.3, import via the OMNeT IDE, build and compile without problems in the IDE and running the examples without problems.
It works!

If your build doesn't work, you might have changed paths, downloaded an incomplete file or mixed something up.
