Vanet simulations in Mac OS

Veins runs on MAC OS X. This is covered in the installation tutorial
<http://veins.car2x.org/tutorial/>, although you will need to install
quite a bit of additional software to build all required components.

You will have the easiest time setting it up on Linux. That said,
execution speeds are very much the same on MAC OS X and Linux.
