Dears ,
I need your urgent help with my research . I need an expert programmer to help me with OMNET protocol programming .
The task is to : implement a vehicular ad hoc (VANET) routing protocol in VEINS module to evaluate the performance of this protocol .
I tried posting questions and requests for help but I wasn't very successful . I'm willing to pay for the professional help . Kindly recommend a qualified programmer who can assist me . I have a due date on 1/7/2017 .
