Hi All,

I am new to Omnetpp and I am trying to simulate a wifi network on it. For this I import the inet-master project's latest version in my workspace ( I have omnet 4.3.1) and set this as my project's reference. However, in the ned file when I try to add the AP submodule using the import statement: import inet.nodes.wireless, it returns an error: imported ned type not found: import inet.nodes.wireless.

Can anyone please help me with this issue?

Thanks in advance :)

import inet.nodes.wireless.AccessPoint

I faced the same problem but i solved it by referencing  inet from my project folder. I did that by going to properties option which is  by right clicking the project folder and go to references and check inet option.every thing worked fine  after this

the correct one should be,
import inet.node.wireless.AccessPoint;

node without 's'
