Omnetpp Inet error: undefined reference to `_imp___ZTV8PlcEncap'

Hello,
do anyone know what to do with this error?
Or what cause that errors?

It is a problem with the linker, the linker can’t find the definition of the methods. If the methods are in an external library you need to include it in the Makemake options
