Did you (successfully) compile INET before you try to run any of the examples?
If not, then there is no compiled library and no way to execute the INET examples...

how to compile INET ?

i have run the omnetpp.ini file by using right click and run as omnet++ simulation

Right-Click on the INET project and select Build Project...
