new TraCI command

Hi,

I am using Omnet++ 5.2.1 and SUMO 0.30, and I am trying to parked vehicles in a specific parking zone,

I have just two questions:

1 how I can add new TraCI command in veins to know the (parkingArea.occupancy) [1]

2-how I can activate or deactivate this parameter: Rerouting to an alternative Parking Area [2] using TRACI command.
