error building Inet

Hello ...
I'm new to omnetpp .. I tried to import the inet but I fail ... every time I have an error when I build it .
errors are :
                    make: *** [all] Error 2
                     Makefile:4: recipe for target 'all' failed
and before building it there was 2 errors :
                   Program "g++" not found in PATH
                    Program "gcc" not found in PATH
I use opensuse 42.1 .
what should I do
any one who wants to help with team viewer is welcomed .

 Make sure OMNeT++ is installed correctly (i.e. whether samples are running ok.)

You should build the simulation or start the IDE from the provided mingwenv.cmd command prompt.

all samples run correctly... but the inet and the project aren't running
