what do `coord getPosition()` method do in traciCommandInterface?

i want to know `Coord TraCICommandInterface::Junction::getPosition()` work, in veins 4.4,   

i think that we must give a `junctionId` and then this return a coord of junction to us,   

but this method has not any input! indeed i want to get position of junctions in a map.
