Regarding IP address for SUMO access

Dear everyone;

Could you (if someone of you know) let me know  what is the IP address to access SUMO server? 

I'm a beginner on OMNEST+Veins+SUMO and practicing an example provided by tutorial on Veins's homepage.

Actually, the reason why I need the IP address is to obtain the right to access to SUMO server (free from firewall) from my company.

Veins allows you to configure the IP address via the omnetpp.ini file (see [1]).

If you are running SUMO on the same machine you are running OMNeT++, this setting needs to be left at its default value ("localhost", which should resolve to the IP address 127.0.0.1).

Could you confirm that IP address has to set to 127.0.0.1 when SUMO and OMNEST are installed in the same machine ?
