Omnet++ DNS Extension

Hey everybody,

I just wanted to let you know that I've been working on an extension involving

DNS and MDNS and published the code today at Omnet++ DNS Extension .

I wasn't able to find any project that already implemented DNS and MDNS for

Omnet++ simulations, which is why I took the matter in my own hands.

I'm actively working on improving the code and currently on randomization

of dns and mdns networks, as at the current state, they have to be manually

designed.

This project is part of my master project at the Distributed Systems Group at the

University of Konstanz. Since we have multiple ongoing research topics related

to the Domain Name System and Multicast DNS, it made sense to provide the means

to simulate and analyze such traffic.

If you have any suggestions on improving the code, 

good ways to add dynamic parametrization/randomization 

or find any bugs, please let me know.
