Can I disable the IVC in veins example

Hi,

I want to do some performance comparison between with IVC and without IVC in my veins scenario. But how can I disable IVC in veins? I have set

 *.node[*].appl.sendBeacons = false

*.node[*].appl.dataOnSch = false

*.node[*].appl.sendData =false

But when accident starts, the IVC occures again. How can I set omnetpp.ini to disable IVC?
