About changing the start position of the node in Sumo +veins

Hello;

I would like to change the position of the starting point of the vehicles in the SUMO/veins. How and where should i change the coordinate values? Also I would like to change the Playground size which is half of the original playground size in omnet.ini file, but when I change the size to a lower value there is an error message.
