OMNET++ 5 installation issue on MAC OS Version 10.11

Hi,

I followed the installation guide section 3 to install OMNET++ 5 on my MAC OS Version 10.11.6. When I try ./dyna, I get "dyna quit unexpectedly" message and the following on the terminal:

OMNeT++ Discrete Event Simulation  (C) 1992-2016 Andras Varga, OpenSim Ltd.

Version: 5.0, build: 160414-aa4629c, edition: Academic Public License -- NOT FOR COMMERCIAL USE

Segmentation fault: 11
