Error "within this context"

Hello,
I am simulating a source code of Opportunistic Routing Protocol called SOARS. There is a .cc file called SOARSBase.cc. The error which I am getting in this file is "within the context".
Can anybody tell me what this actually means? And how can I rectify it?
