include variable with queueinglib

I'm editing a file of queueinglib "Server.cc".

I have a variable "public" call such mcs within a file Source.h.
I want to use the varibile mcs in another file such Server.cc.
In file Server.cc I used: 
# include "Source.h"
but does not work while in Source.cc works.

how do I use variable mcs in Server.cc ??
