Try to compile OMNeT++ without the SimuLTE, firstly. After compiling and running then it must download the recent inet packages inside the framework durinho its running, I guess.

Sorry, but I'm not using OMNeT++ on Windows. You should try on Linux.

Hi,

Thanks,

did solved the problem but when build inside command line facing this problem.

Creating shared library: ../out/gcc-release//src/liblte.dll

C:\Users\SIA\Omnet\omnetpp-5.0\tools\win32\mingw32\bin\ld.exe: cannot find -lINET

clang++.exe: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation)

Makefile:313: recipe for target '../out/gcc-release//src/liblte.dll' failed

make[1]: *** [../out/gcc-release//src/liblte.dll] Error 1

make[1]: Leaving directory '/c/Users/SIA/Omnet/omnetpp-5.0/samples/inet-3.4.0-src/simulte-1.0.0/src'

Makefile:2: recipe for target 'all' failed

make: *** [all] Error 2

I'm using Omnetpp 5.0 version and Inet 3.4. When using 'make MODE=release" to build release version.

Also when running simulation having this problem.

Appreciate if Sir can solve it for me. Thanks in advance.

You also should try on a different Windows platform, like another computer or in a Virtual Machine, for example.

Ok, sorry for the last response, I guess it was a kinda stupid, but here some tips may help:

1. Check the folders' names inside the samples folder. i.e. change the "inet-3.4.0-src" to "inet" only;
2. I guess you should put the simulte side by side with inet folder, not inside it;
3. Check the project references by clicking the right button on the project, going in Properties --> Project References.

Compile OMNeT++ on Windows using mingw is really a tricky task. I strongly suggest you to try on Linux.
