how to read .xml file in omnet++

Hello, I am still beginner to omnet++. my problem is:

I want to build the simple module in .xml file instead of .ned, then passing the .xml file to omnet++ and build this simple module within a network.

I try to use cXMLElement but i think that I am not understanding the process in the manual.

could any body help me ?
