omnet installation problem

to omnetpp

Hello,
i installed omnetpp on windows and everything seemed to go fine. when
i try to launch omnetpp i get this message:
"The Omnetpp executable launcher was unable to locate its companion
shared library." I have no idea what to do and would appreciate a lot
some help.

./configure gave three warnings:
no dlopen
no mpi
no akaroa

resolved the problem. some dlls did not have the x right.
sorry for disturbing.

i change the permission, still it doesn't launch
