"advertised window RCV.NXT + RCV.WND"
This is true when the SYN flag just arrived, but not true in general since the advertised window tells the receiver the number of bytes which are free in the receiver buffer.

Ok, nevermind, I misinterprted what "advertised window" means - I thought that "advertised window" refers to what the receiver puts into the "window" field of a TCP segment. But this is actually seems to be "receive window".
