CVS Import plugin error logging

I have a completed import showing 24 skipped items. Is the row number for each skipped item logged anywhere? I checked in the Omeka error log, but did not find what I was looking for. I did notice that the log for this run wasn't showing the skipped items count.

Completed importing 213 items (skipped 0 rows).

I'm fairly certain this is the log for the import run I did, although I can't be totally sure without replicating the import run.
