We're all ready to begin painting in the front room this Saturday. We'll be getting started at 8am and have a few other tasks to work on between coats.

All required materials and supplies will be provided, so the only thing missing is your help. With just a few people, we should be able to knock this out pretty quickly. Many hands making light work and all.

If I can get a headcount, I'll bring stuff for breakfast.

A huge shout out to Mike and Dave for getting all the prep work done.

As previously mentioned, theres painting happening at the Makerspace tomorrow. So far, I have one volunteer confirmed, and could really use a second one. We're planning on starting at 8, but if you're available to show up later in the day, that's fine too.

Any help is appreciated!

A huge thanks to everyone to turned out to help today, including Caleb, Stephanie, Eric, Sarah, Everett and Garrick.  Thanks to everyone's efforts, we accomplished what we set out to, getting the front room entirely painted and started rehanging whiteboards and the projector screen.  There's still plenty of details to work on, getting everything put back together, but this pretty much wraps up the major tasks, and we're on track to have most of those completed for Founding Day on the 29th.

Walking around the space today, I was struck by what our space-improvement volunteers have accomplished; it really feels different.  Folks have given OMG their afternoons, evenings, and weekends, in some cases putting in 10 hour days, or working until well after midnight. To that end, I'd just like to extend a big "thank you" to everyone that's helped out over the past few months, painting, cleaning, changing lightbulbs, moving shelves and just generally making our makerspace better and more useful.  *Thanks*

Thanks, Kevin.

I want to reiterate the thanks and appreciation to everyone on the "Makery Remodel Team" for all that you've done. We had a vision for the space, and you have made that vision so close to a reality.

We're in the home stretch now, and I really can't wait to show off our *new* space!
