Hey folks,
If you hadn't heard, our efforts to find a new location have not materialized. The market just doesn't have the right location for Makery 3.0. That being the case, we approached our current landlord. After some negotiating, we have worked out a deal - the landlord will make repairs to the roof as needed, and we will agree to a 2-year lease extension (at the current rate, without an increase in rent).
So now it's time for Makery 2.5!
We have been working on a conceptual plan to make significant improvements to our current space, to make it more comfortable, inviting, and functional. Think a kitchen with a sink, more "dirty shop" space, and an awesome front room. And more.
Come out to our Tuesday meeting tomorrow night and learn all about our remodel plan. Doors open at 5:30, and the meeting starts at 7. See the progress on the bathroom remodel (our "step 1" in the plan), get your new front door keyfob, and take a virtual tour through our Makery 2.5 3D model!

Hey all,
Remember tonight's meeting and presentation, 7pm (doors at 5:30).
In addition to the show and tell, we'll be soliciting volunteers for many aspects of the makeover (see what I did there?), and probably doing some general preparation as well.

I could go for a Raspberry Pi Zero W (SKU: 240424) and a Pimoroni Explorer pHAT( SKU: 197228). About $22.
Need the display adapter too, but I don't see a cheap one, and I don't want to buy the starter kit for that. I'll find that somewhere else.
