110v electric winches

Does anyone know of any inexpensive electric winces that can be run on 110v or any howto's for such? I am not looking for high pulling power, nothing over 100lbs.

You might do better buying a cheap winch for a truck and a 12V power supply...

I doubt these have a long duty cycle though - you should probably only run it for 5 minutes every 30 so it doesn't overheat.
