Hey gang, the Omaha Mini-MakerFaire is just a few weeks away, and we're now looking for folks to help run our booth.

We'll probably need two shifts, with one crew helping transport our stuff to DoSpace and setting up, and another group of folks tearing down, and putting things away back at the space. This is one of our "all out" booths, and we've actually been approached about some exhibition driving of the PowerWheels racers, so we need all the help we can get, ideally 3-5 folks at all times, to allow our volunteers to see the Faire themselves as well.

Unlike KC, admission to the event is /free/, so even if you can't help out, feel free to stop by and say Hi.

The sign-up sheet says the following:

Loading up at the Makerspace and Setup (6:30 to 8:30)- "I like getting up EARLY on Saturday!"

Morning Shift - "I'll meet up with the team at DoSpace around 8:45"

Afternoon Shift - "I'll be there around Noon"

Teardown - "I'll show up around 4 to help disassemble the booth and take it back to the Space after the event"

Kevin will be able to answer most accurately, but I believe we’re okay for loading up at the shop, probably okay for the morning but certainly could find jobs for more people, but could definitely use help for the afternoon and teardown.
