Guys...it happened!  72nd and Dodge, old Borders bookstore is going to become a Library Makerspace!  Rebecca Stavick is going to manage it:

I don't know if you all recall, but she visited the Makery years back and we talked about the potential for such a thing.  They ran with it, and now its here!

It hasn't happened quite yet, though progress is going well. They are looking at opening in October. 

I've actually met with Rebecca a couple of times to see where her space can meld with OMG and the Omaha Maker Faire. She's actually even started an OMG membership. 

I think there will be some great synergies between us.
