Welcome to the holiday season! As user group leaders, I know most of you expect our monthly updates- however Apress decided to change up our user group process in order to optimize the perks and updates that we offer to our most supportive groups!

Instead of reaching out to only our user group leaders for promotions, perks, and updates- we want to be able to reach all of our user group members! It is important for Apress to show our appreciation for user group support as often as possible and ensure that each member is taking advantage of their membership.

This is why we are asking you to ask all of your user group members who wish to receive any perks, updates, promotions, discounts, deals, and give-aways- to email me at Laura...@apress.com. We will add each user group member to a separate mailing group, and use the amount of members, the group interest, and reply rate to reflect our promotional emails.
