· Excellent Linux skills

· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

· Good understanding of multiple technical areas, e.g.

· Experience in operating large complex systems and be able to demonstrate a knowledge of design for scale, reliability and maintainability

· High availability

· Experience in performance analysis

· Design and implementation experience in OpenStack.

· OpenStack experience in one or more of the following OpenStack specializations: compute, networking, storage, identity management, UI customization, integration, orchestration, automation, monitoring and reporting.

· Development experience on a Linux platform with multiple programming languages, especially Python.

· 15+ years’ experience in a variety of fields

· Cloud systems experience. Including private, public or hybrid cloud experience.

· Active contribution to the OpenStack community.

· Experience in the following products and technologies

· Amazon, Azure, and alternate cloud products and technologies.

· Migration from cloud technologies to OpenStack.

· Bachelors or Master’s degree or equivalent.
