DDD Beyond Service Layers, by Lucas Uyezu (@coralton on Twitter)

Do you work on a bloated MVC web app? Are you tired of dealing 
with God models, business logic spread across the entire app and 
feel the need to split everything into smaller classes in more layers? 
Do you need a service layer? 
Answer: You might need it, but you might be actually suffering from 
other problems too. Maybe your actual problems won't vanish just by 
moving everything into a new layer. Let's talk about those issues and 
make sure that when you adopt a service layer you'll make your code 
base (and your life) better.
