Adding new characters to ocropus 0.7

I'm trying to recognize documents with characters from south slavic languages (Č č Ć ć Đ đ Š š Ž ž). Can somebody point me to the documentation how to expand default character set in ocropus 0.7.

The charset will be defined in  ocropus/ocropy/ocrolib/chars.py, I think.
