Best way to get lines from files

Hi,

I am trying to use ocropus to extract lines from an image, then to separate the lines into the three columns in each line.
From the documentation available I can't find the best way to do this - at the moment I have tried:

ocropus-nlbin -o test imgae.png

ocropus-rpred test/0001.bin.png 

ocropus-gpageseg test/0001.bin.png

The result is that I have ended up with all the individual column entries as images. If I could extract the individual lines 

that would be a start.
