QuickMenu Open Visual Interface no longer works

I always save the full code in an html page and when I want to make changes, display in browser, click Open Visual Interface and it works.  Today, I went to change a client's menu and when I clicked Open Visual Interface, it just opened the same page again and the Visual Interface did not open.

Thinking it might be a Firefox browser issue, I then tried this in IE and Chrome with the same result. 

I then opened the saved menu code for other clients - all with the same result.  So, the issue is not browser-related.

I went back to my original QuickMenu download and was able to get into the Visual Interface.  I had to completely do the menu from scratch for the site in question. 

When I saved the code from the Visual Interface and displayed in browser, once again it did not open the Interface - it just popped up a new window identical to the original.  At least I got the disaster fixed, but I have many sites where I am using QuickMenu, so I need to find out the problem.
