Building tests with jbuild files

Hi

Some Jane Street repositories like ppx_bin_prot have a test/jbuild file with instructions to build and run tests. What's the proper way to call jbuilder on it, ie. how do I run the tests?

The rules for building and running tests/benchmarks are not yet
written, but it's on the TODO list.
