Doxygen and missing API documentation

Can anyone remind me why API sections go M.I.A? 

CPTextView and CPToolbarItem are the ones I noticed today.

Is it a structural problem, is doxygen unreliable, are comments missing - or a combination of all these?

are you referring to the documents on the official website?

these get only updated after a release and CPTextView was merged in after the last release.

That explains CPTextView.

I thought I've come across a few minor classes with no documentation entries, but perhaps I'm mistaken.
