All,
is there any (still) working Map Framework for Capp? I took a look at MapKit (and after cleaning a few compiler warnings and turning it into a Framework) but it didn't work right out of the box.
Is there anything new/maintained?

This one is quite complete and works with the latest googlemaps version : https://github.com/cacaodev/MapKit
Warning: some features are not stabilized, like the collision mechanism (QuadTree) used to display and remove drawing layers.
