Flatten vs. press file size

Hey everyone,

I recently noticed that the total file size of my flattened application is larger than the the size of my pressed .sj file.  Is this expected?  Is flatten inlining the frameworks (it doesn't seem to be to me, but I have only done some quick grepping)?  If not, anyone know what it might be doing to increase the file size?
